Job Description

An excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator-Resource Link, Temp -6 Months. Are you looking for your next challenge in a fast-paced, commercial environment? Our client, a commercial, fast-paced organisation, is seeking an Interim HR Administrator to join their HR Shared Services team on a 6-month temp contract.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Accurately input and maintain employee data including starters, leavers, holidays, and contractual changes to Resource Link HR system.
  2. Ensure HR records are up-to-date and compliant with internal processes.
  3. Support the wider HR team with administrative tasks and ad hoc projects.
  4. Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations.
Experience & Skills Required
  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator, ideally within a large, commercial HR Shared Services environment.
  • Experience using Resource Link is advantageous.
  • Ability to start early June and hit the ground running.
