HR Administrator – London 4 Days in Office | 1 Day WFH | Stunning Offices | Dynamic, Supportive Team





Are you an organised, proactive HR professional with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for supporting people and processes? Join a leading international property investment firm as their new HR Administrator, supporting a high-performing People team in a hybrid, London-based role.

From luxury residential to commercial and mixed-use developments, the company is known for its high standards, supportive culture, and a beautiful central London office where collaboration and team spirit thrive.





The Role This dual-role position offers a unique blend of HR administration and executive assistant support to the Chief People Officer. You’ll be instrumental in keeping the HR function running smoothly — managing employee data, supporting recruitment and onboarding, coordinating learning initiatives, and ensuring documentation is compliant, accurate, and well-organised.





You’ll also provide EA support including diary management, travel coordination, and confidential communications.





What You’ll Be Doing





Maintain accurate employee records and data in the HR platform.





Support onboarding/offboarding and draft employment documentation.





Manage diary and travel for the Chief People Officer.





Help coordinate internal events like Lunch & Learns and training sessions.





Assist with policy documentation, benefits research, and HR reporting.





Handle confidential correspondence with discretion and professionalism.





What You Bring





At least 2 years’ experience in an HR administrative role.





Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).





Excellent communication and organisational skills.





Discreet, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.





Working towards (or already achieved) CIPD Level 3 qualification.





A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment.
