The Role This dual-role position offers a unique blend of HR administration and executive assistant support to the Chief People Officer. You’ll be instrumental in keeping the HR function running smoothly — managing employee data, supporting recruitment and onboarding, coordinating learning initiatives, and ensuring documentation is compliant, accurate, and well-organised.
You’ll also provide EA support including diary management, travel coordination, and confidential communications.
What You’ll Be Doing
Maintain accurate employee records and data in the HR platform.
Support onboarding/offboarding and draft employment documentation.
Manage diary and travel for the Chief People Officer.
Help coordinate internal events like Lunch & Learns and training sessions.
Assist with policy documentation, benefits research, and HR reporting.
Handle confidential correspondence with discretion and professionalism.
What You Bring
At least 2 years’ experience in an HR administrative role.
Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Discreet, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
Working towards (or already achieved) CIPD Level 3 qualification.
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment.
