Job Description:
We are currently looking for an HR Administrator and Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 6-month FTC based in a prime Zone 1 location with excellent transport links and close proximity to the City.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Develop and maintain job descriptions, role requirements, and interview guides for all positions.
- Implement and oversee efficient HR administrative processes, including record keeping, data management, and HR reporting.
- Conduct and present HR analytics to support decision-making processes and improve HR strategies.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, lunch-and-learn training sessions, and workshops, demonstrating strong presentation skills.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and decorum.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruitment trends, tools, and best practices, compliant with legislative requirements.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, contributing to employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR administration and talent acquisition, preferably within the media or advertising industry.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to think on one's feet, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field would be preferable.
