Sheffield Park Academy, part of United Learning, is seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to provide a professional HR service across the Yorkshire Cluster. The role involves recruitment, HR and payroll administration, and supporting colleagues across Barnsley and Sheffield academies.
Based partly at one academy and partly at the Cluster HR Office, you will need strong organisation, attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative approach to help staff and students thrive.

We are seeking to appoint a HR Administrator to provide a professional and efficient HR service over the Yorkshire Cluster of United Learning academies. The academies are Secondary schools based in Barnsley and Sheffield; Barnsley Academy, Fir Vale Academy, Sheffield Park Academy and Sheffield Springs Academy.
The successful post-holder will be based at one of the academies for part of the week (potentially Barnsley Academy, although this will be discussed at interview). The remainder of the week will be spent working in the Cluster HR Office at Sheffield Springs Academy.
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a role within the Cluster, to join a forward thinking and progressive HR team. The successful candidate will have responsibility for areas such as Recruitment, HR and Payroll administration.
The ideal candidate will be a highly focused and organised individual, passionate about making a difference for our academies. You must be efficient and possess excellent attention to detail. This is a challenging yet highly rewarding role in a supportive and friendly team.
