Base pay range

We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in North London, who are recruiting for HR Administrator on a 2-month contract. The position is due to start immediately, with the potential for further extension. The hourly rate of pay is £15.90 per hour PAYE or £18.84 per hour via umbrella.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Managed employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, contract preparation, and maintaining accurate HR records
  • Conducted Right to Work checks in compliance with current UK legislation, ensuring eligibility documentation was verified and recorded appropriately
  • Responded to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures, providing accurate information and support
  • Maintained HR systems and databases, ensuring data was up to date, accurate, and securely stored in line with GDPR requirements
  • Assisted with recruitment processes, including posting job adverts, coordinating interviews, and preparing offer documentation

Experience required:

  • Experience required in the public sector
  • Ideally had exposure to housing or social

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • RTW verification
  • Compliance and due diligence

Rewards and Benefits:

Working hours:

  • 38 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm (can start between 8AM-10AM and finish 4PM-6PM)
