Job summary

Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting an HR Administrator to join our People & Culture team. You will provide high standard administrative support to the Workforce Team, work under the HR Advisor/Manager, and help resolve day-to-day workforce queries.

Provide a high standard of administrative support to the Workforce Team. To work under the direction of the HR Advisor and HR Manager, to assist in the provision of a comprehensive, efficient and effective workforce advisory service.

Working from the Trust’s policies and procedures, provide basic advice and guidance to staff and line managers to resolve day to day workforce queries.
