About the role

A Leading Manufacturing business in the High Wycombe are requiring a HR Administrator to join their team. The role has arisen due to company expansion as they continue to make significant strides in the sector they operate within. They work in a clean, modern office space, with a stable, supportive and loyal workforce. A large organisation, however, have a friendly, family supportive culture whereby people are treated as individuals not numbers. You would be a great fit for the role if you have Strong IT knowledge and experience in HR or administrative background.

Duties
  • Maintenance of records – keeping up to date and complaint
  • Processing sales orders
  • Working closely with the finance director
  • Monitor staff inductions and attendance
  • Ensure equipment is accessible and up-to-date
  • Ensuring orders are up to date on the system
  • Attendance of meetings – taking notes
  • Create monthly reports for payroll
  • Processing of completed paperwork and ensuring management have the correct information
  • General administrative duties
