A traditional construction client is seeking a confident HR administrator to join their team in Greenford. This full-time, permanent role involves managing HR administration duties, supporting payroll queries, and acting as the first point of contact for HR inquiries. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and an interest in HR, with opportunities for professional development.
Our traditional construction client is looking for a confident administrator who has an interest in HR and is process driven. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who would be looking for an opportunity to learn and develop HR administration skills within a very knowledgeable team. This candidate would be the first point of contact for 70 employees, managing all administration duties within HR and the wider team when required, carrying out market research as well as manning reception as and when required. Our client offers the support to carry out your CIPD level 3.
Duties to include:
Candidates will have strong communication skills, confident with general administration and have an interest / previous exposure to HR.
This role is a full time, permanent role that is 5 days a week in the Greenford office.
