Job summary

Safran is seeking a proactive HR Administrator to support the employee lifecycle, maintain records, manage HR systems and deliver an excellent employee experience. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, driving continuous improvement and embracing digital solutions.

You will handle onboarding, changes, offboarding, reporting, and HR project support while ensuring data accuracy and policy compliance. A CIPD Level 3 or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Experience providing end-to-end HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle.
  • Familiar with HR policies, GDPR, and audit requirements.
  • Ability to deliver accurate HR documentation and reports.

Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end HR administrative support across onboarding, contractual changes, employee relations and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR documentation in line with policies and legislation.
  • Act as a first point of contact for HR queries with professional, customer-focused service.
  • Manage HR systems ensuring data accuracy, integrity and compliance.
  • Produce HR reports, metrics and dashboards to support decisions.
  • Support employee engagement, wellbeing, and communication initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and adopt digital tools.
  • Assist with HR projects, system updates, testing and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure GDPR compliance and audit readiness.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders within a collaborative HR team.

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support key HR activities across the employee lifecycle. You'll play a vital role in maintaining accurate employee records, managing HR systems and processes, and delivering an excellent employee experience.   • Strong working knowledge of HRMS and digital business systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Organised with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, including reporting and data analysis.
  • Ability to drive process improvements and adopt digital tools.
  • High level of discretion with sensitive information.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Proactive, committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • CIPD or Business Administration Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience.
Desirable
  • Experience in an HR department, shared services, or supporting HR systems projects.
  • Familiarity with GDPR, HR compliance, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
  • Experience with Lean or continuous/process improvement methods.
