Job description

Job Title:HR Administrator (Temporary 4-6 months)

Working Hours:9am – 5pm Monday to Friday

Pay Rate:£12.21 per hour

Location:Crawley – Hybrid working

First Recruitment Services is looking for an organised and motivated Temporary HR Administrator to join the Employee Relations team in a dynamic office setting. This role is perfect for someone eager to develop their HR career, offering excellent exposure to a wide range of ER processes and administrative responsibilities.

HR Administrator Duties:

  • To provide administrative support to the Employee Relations team.
  • Preparing and issuing standard letters, documentation and meeting packs.
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential filing systems and ER case spreadsheets.
  • Schedule and Co-ordinate meetings, interviews and hearings.
  • Diary management and room booking.
  • Assisting the HR Team in relation to logging and monitoring cases on the ER case management system.
  • Responding to queries relating to ER and redirecting as and when appropriate.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • GCSE’s or equivalent including Maths and English.
  • Experience working within an administrative role.
  • Ability to organise and have excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of confidentiality and data protection principles.
