Groomfield Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for an HR Administrator to join a Coventry-based client’s HR team. You’ll support the employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to absence management and employee relations, reporting to the Head of HR.
You’ll work Monday to Thursday, 7:00am–4:30pm, with Fridays closed for a 4-day working week, offering strong work–life balance in a permanent role.
