Job summary

Arabelle Solutions seeks a Construction Electric Assembly Lead for the Hinkley Point C site. You will pilot electrical scope execution, coordinating with the Project Manager and Contract Manager to resolve blockers and ensure safe, compliant delivery.

You will lead planning, production, and productivity, while maintaining quality documentation and interfaces with multidisciplinary teams on a global project.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction, industrial, or infrastructure project management.
• Nuclear industry or power plant site experience is a plus.
• Strong contract management skills (EPC, subcontracting, variations).
• Proficiency in reporting tools and document management.
• Familiarity with EHS and quality on industrial sites.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment.

Responsibilities

• Creation of detailed execution plans and sub-schedules to finish discipline works on time and within overall schedule.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Procurement to ensure material availability for site erection.
• Manage subcontractors to meet schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Involvement in site safety, EHS policy deployment and risk mitigation.
• Generate weekly/monthly progress reports with KPIs and risks; drive action plans.

Proficiency in planning management.Dans le cadre de nos activités de construction neuves sur les sites nucléaires civils au Royaume-Uni, tranche de 1800MW, nous recherchons un Responsable Montage Construction Électrique pour piloter nos activités sur le chantier du projet Hinkley Point C.En tant que Responsable Montage Construction Électrique, vous serez le pilote de la réalisation des travaux du lot électrique.En étroite collaboration avec le Project Manager électrique et le Contract Manager, vous assurerez une communication efficace entre les équipes chantier, la supervision, les différentes fonctions du projet et les parties prenantes afin de résoudre les points bloquants affectant la production.Vous agirez comme adjoint du Project Manager électrique, responsable de l’exécution global du périmètre et de la définition de la stratégie.Vous serez le garant du déploiement des politiques de l’entreprise Sécurité et qualité en prioritéRôles & Responsabilités :1. Management de la production et de la productivité :Être le garant de l’exécution du planning, de la préparation des travaux et de la performance des équipes d’exécution.Développer et optimiser les processus pour répondre aux défis du chantier.Définir les objectifs de détail basé sur les objectifs généraux du projet.Etre le garant de la qualité d’exécution et de la documentation associée2. Support Contractuel & Administratif :Suivre les obligations contractuelles en coordination avec le Project Manager et le Contract Manager.Préparer, soutenir et suivre la correspondance contractuelle, les modifications, réclamations, non‑conformités et notifications formelles.Gérer la documentation projet en soutien aux équipes d’exécution (procédures, plans, rapports, dossiers qualité).Soutenir la préparation des audits internes et externes.3. Coordination Projet & Interfaces :Être l’interface quotidienne entre les équipes chantier, les fonctions projet, les sous‑traitants et les partenaires du projet.Interagir avec le client sur demande concernant les interfaces, l’avancement, le reporting et les points bloquants.Préparer et participer aux réunions de coordination, revues de planning et discussions sur la performance du projet.Consolider et communiquer les informations clés (avancement, risques, écarts).4. Reporting & Analyse :Produire les rapports hebdomadaires et mensuels d’avancement incluant KPIs, risques, et écarts coût/délai.Suivre les tendances du projet et proposer des actions correctives lorsque nécessaire.Maintenir les tableaux de bord et outils de suivi projet selon l’approche SQDC (Sécurité, Qualité, Délais & Coûts).5.
