Job summary

Arabelle Solutions recherche un Responsable Montage Construction Électrique pour piloter les activités sur le chantier du projet nucléaire Hinkley Point C au Royaume‑Uni. Vous dirigerez les travaux et les sous‑traitants selon le planning, le budget et les exigences de qualité.

Le candidat doit posséder une expérience en gestion de projets industriels, une connaissance des contrats EPC et une maîtrise des outils de reporting et EHS. Environnement international et multiculturel.

Qualifications

• Expérience en construction, industrie ou gestion de projets d'infrastructure.
• Maîtrise des aspects EHS et qualité sur des sites industriels.
• Connaissance du management de contrats EPC et de sous-traitants.

Responsibilities

• Établir un plan d'exécution détaillé et un sous-planning pour les travaux selon le planning global.
• Assurer la liaison avec Ingénierie et les Achats pour la disponibilité des livrables sur site.
• Gérer les sous-traitants pour exécuter les travaux dans les délais, le budget et la qualité.
• Définir les objectifs à l'équipe et piloter la discipline électrique.
• Mettre en œuvre la politique EHS et informer les subalternes sur les risques et mesures.
• Conduire les investigations sur les écarts et proposer des actions correctives.
• Assurer la qualité électrique et coordonner avec les autres lots jusqu’à la mise en service.
• Veiller au respect de l’environnement et à la sécurité sur le chantier.
• Réaliser des rapports concis pour prévoir les écarts et coûts.

Mise en ligne le 2026-09-09Type de contrat : CDINiveau de formation : BAC +4 / BAC +5Expérience : 5 - 10 ansSpécialité(s) : Maîtrise de réalisation et appui Surveillance de réalisationPays / Région : Royaume-Uni /Ville : bridgwaterDescription de l'offreROLE· Creation of a detailed execution plan and sub schedule to ensure all works within the discipline are completed in accordance with the overall schedule;· Liaise with Engineering and Procurement to ensure availability of deliverable and goods at site required for site erection of the discipline work;· Management of the subcontractors appointed to install the works within the discipline to ensure that the works are completed on time and within budget and quality;· Defining the target to the team· Implementation within the discipline scope of works of Arabelle Solutions EHS policy / site specific EHS plan and for providing subordinates with information about hazards, risks and elimination measures applicable to the site;· Involvement in investigation and remedial action within the scope of the discipline works of all variance and deviations in coordination with the Site Contracts Manager and other site management to eliminate or minimize the cost impact to Arabelle Solutions· Ensuring and maintaining the electrical quality scope· Involvement in the coordination with others outside the scope of the discipline works and transition to commissioning· Action to ensure all punch list open items are cleared and to support the commissioning team;· Closely monitor all activities which could have deleterious effects on the environment;· Develop concise and exhaustive reporting to predict deviation· Action to ensure all subcontractors erection resources maintain all work areas in safe and clean condition and all installed materials are adequately preserved and protected;Profil souhaitéREQUIREMENTS:Proven experience in construction, industrial, or infrastructure project management.Experience in the nuclear industry or experience on a power plant site would be a plusStrong understanding of contract management (EPC, subcontracting, variations).Proficiency in reporting tools and document management.Familiarity with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) and quality aspects on industrial sites.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Strong analytical and organizational abilities.Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.Ability to work in a cross-functional, multi-cultural and international environmentRigor and ability to prioritize and adapt to time-constrained environments.
