Job summary

Sheffield City Council is seeking a Programme Lead - Housing Service to join the Housing Strategy & Regulation service. This role drives transformation under Future Housing Ambition, leading cross-functional improvement programmes, coordinating governance and embedding a sustainable operating model across Housing.

You will champion resident insight and performance intelligence, manage risks, and deliver efficiencies while improving service quality for tenants and residents.

• Proven track record of leading complex change and improvement programmes at pace.
• Strong programme and project management capability.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly developed communication and stakeholder skills.
• Good understanding of statutory, regulatory and assurance frameworks.
