We are seeking an experienced housing professional with expertise in housing debt collection and recovery. Our team is dedicated to being resident-focused and responsive to local needs, continuously improving and developing services in partnership with various stakeholders to foster vibrant communities.
You will support the Head of Housing and the Income Management team in delivering effective income management services to tenants, leaseholders, and former tenants. Your role will involve providing outstanding service that aligns with corporate values and positively impacts residents' lives by helping them pay rent and maintain tenancies.
