This role is offered on an Outside IR35 consultancy basis for 3-6 months initially.

The primary objective of this role will be to provide customer consultancy in relation to software implementation best practice, configuration options, workflows, training, testing, documentation, and business processes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include mapping customer business processes, configuring applications to customer specifications, advising on best practice, user acceptance testing, running train-the-trainer sessions, supporting user & customer documentation, and providing advice, guidance and assistance in reporting.
