Job summary

Jaberu Recruitment Services is partnering with a local authority in Stirling to recruit an Assistant Analyst for the Housing Support team. The role is a 6-month contract based in Stirling, offering an hourly umbrella rate of £22.50–£23.50 and a 35-hour week.

You will manage housing system admin, train staff, develop processes and reports, and ensure compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate has an HNC or equivalent and solid IT, data, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• HNC qualification or equivalent.
• Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills.
• Experience with databases and data analysis.
• Team player with attention to detail.
• Relevant experience (housing, social work, finance) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage housing system admin and troubleshoot via ServiceDesk.
• Support and train Council staff on housing applications.
• Help develop processes, training materials, and data reports.
• Ensure system compliance with regulations and standards.
