The Volunteer Centre is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join Engage Leeds, a supportive service aimed at preventing homelessness and aiding individuals in their housing journey. The roles involve working directly with clients to empower them and assist in their integration into the community. Ideal candidates should demonstrate proactivity and resilience and contribute positively to housing-related solutions in the West wedge of the city.
x1 permanent role and x2 fixed-term roles (until 31st March 2026)
We are looking for enthusiastic, resilient, and passionate individuals to join our Engage Leeds Team. Engage Leeds is a city-wide housing-related support service working with adults (18+) to prevent homelessness, sustain accommodation, and integrate people into communities.
The individual will carry a caseload and work one-to-one with people within their homes, promoting empowerment and independence as part of the wider Engage Leeds team and service.
We work in a person-centred way to build relationships with the people we support. We are seeking driven and energetic individuals to deliver positive, solution-focused plans related to housing needs within the West wedge of the city.
