The successful candidate will provide one-to-one support to individuals, helping them achieve independence in their living situations and develop essential skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialist support to clients with a history of homelessness and young people at risk of homelessness
• Undertake initial and ongoing assessments of individuals
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
• Support individuals in crisis situations

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in a relevant role, including working with homeless individuals and those with alcohol and drug issues
• Full UK driving license and access to a personal vehicle
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience supporting individuals facing barriers to social inclusion and promoting social integration
• Ability to assess and respond to risks in complex situations
• Experience supporting individuals with diverse support needs and personal goals in a person-centred approach
