Nacro in Preston, Lancashire, is recruiting for a Community Accommodation with Support role (CAS-2) to assist low/medium-risk individuals on home detention curfew or bail within the Ministry of Justice framework nationwide.

The role requires DBS enhancements and collaboration with probation and housing providers, with the salary starting at £26,807 pro rata and progression to £27,477 pro rata in the first year, subject to performance and criteria.

Mansioni

• Support Service Users: Assess needs, create person-centred plans, and assist with housing applications and rent payments.
• Property Management: Ensure properties meet the Decent Homes Standard; address maintenance promptly.
• Collaboration: Work with probation services, court staff, housing providers and agencies to coordinate support.
• Tenancy & Independence Support: Help service users develop life skills and move to independent living.
• Risk & Safeguarding: Identify safeguarding concerns and tenancy risks; document actions according to policy.
• Record Keeping & Compliance: Maintain timely case records and support service delivery per contract.
