Job summary

Herefordshire Council's Housing Solutions Team is seeking a Housing Solutions Officer to prevent homelessness and secure sustainable housing across Herefordshire. Based at Blueschool House with hybrid working, the role focuses on early intervention, expert advice, and helping residents access safe housing options.

You will manage cases, assess homelessness applications under relevant laws, collaborate with partners, and safeguard vulnerable households.
