Job summary

Richmond & Wandsworth Better Service Partnership is seeking a Procurement & Lettings Solutions Officer to source, inspect and secure privately rented homes across Richmond and Wandsworth. The role focuses on negotiating affordable deals, building strong landlord relationships, and delivering housing opportunities to prevent homelessness.

You will travel across the boroughs, perform properties inspections, and work toward HHSRS qualification with council support.

Responsibilities

• Source and inspect privately rented properties across Richmond and Wandsworth.
• Negotiate deals with landlords and agents to secure affordable housing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, agents and partners.
• Travel across boroughs to visit properties and assess suitability.
• Ensure compliance checks and progress toward HHSRS qualification.
• Contribute to preventing homelessness and delivering outcomes for residents.
