Project Duration: Starting ASAP

Our client, a regional House Building Contractor, is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their existing team. We are looking for a Site Manager to start in Sunderland. The project involves providing safe site management for the remainder of the new build site project, starting ASAP.

Due to the importance of the role, it is imperative that candidates have relevant new build residential experience.

Candidate Requirements:

• CSCS card (must be in date)
• 3-day First Aid (must be in date)
