Job summary

The Langley is seeking a committed Housing Services Manager to lead a team in the Kent area, delivering a high-quality service to clients managed under MAPPA and MOJ contracts. You will empower staff, build strong relationships, and ensure compliant, safe operations within housing and registered care settings.

Qualifications

Qualified and knowledgeable in housing or related qualification at QCF Level 5 or above.
Proven experience in leading teams, budgets, and complex client groups.
Knowledge of Homes and Communities Agency, Health & Safety, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I).

Responsibilities

Provide visible, strategic Christian leadership and uphold Langley Trust's ethos.
Lead staff to support clients managed under MAPPA and related arrangements.
Supervise and support clients, ensuring compliance with orders and house rules.
Ensure Trust buildings are safe and defects are reported.
Lead risk assessment and security measures to manage public and staff safety.
