Job summary

Langley Trust in Rochester, Kent, is seeking a Housing Services Manager to lead a dedicated team and deliver high-quality housing support within MAPPA contexts and Ministry of Justice contracts.

You will empower staff, manage budgets, ensure safety and compliance, and uphold the Trust's Christian ethos in day-to-day service delivery. This is a full-time role with 37 hours per week and a salary of £44,585 per annum.

• Qualified and knowledgeable in housing legislation, regulations and best practice.
• Experienced in leading teams, managing budgets and complex client groups.

• Lead staff to support clients, including MAPPA-managed cases, with tailored plans.
• Ensure safety, compliance and high standards in housing management and premises.
