Job summary

Choice Housing is seeking a Scheme Coordinator for Old Manor House in Lisburn. The role is 30 hours per week (Mon-Fri) on a permanent basis, supporting a community of tenants across internal and external properties.

You will coordinate support services, organise events and build strong relationships with tenants, contractors and partner agencies. The role requires strong communication, proactive problem solving and a genuine desire to help others.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Experience in housing, community development, customer service or wellbeing contexts is beneficial.
• Ability to prioritise competing demands and build relationships with a diverse range of tenants, contractors and partner agencies.

Responsibilities

• Support tenants to live independently and build positive community relationships.
• Coordinate support services and organise social activities at the scheme.
• Work with local partners to improve quality of life for residents.
• Help new tenants settle into their homes and manage tenancy support tasks.
