Job summary

The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) is seeking an RRE Advisor to join our frontline team in Leeds. You will handle referrals, regulatory enquiries and complaints from tenants, registered providers, elected representatives and other stakeholders with speed and clarity.

You will assess, record and respond to enquiries, ensuring follow-up actions meet service standards. The role requires excellent written and verbal communication and the ability to build strong working relationships across teams.

Responsibilities
