Job summary

Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) in the UK seeks a Regulatory Engagement Manager to lead engagement with landlords, assess governance and risk, and ensure safety and service quality for tenants across England.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, build strong stakeholder relationships, and deliver interventions when improvements are needed, while operating within a hybrid office and home-working arrangement.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing governance, assurance or regulatory environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical evaluation skills and sound judgement in regulatory contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of effective regulation of landlords and assess governance and risk.
• Engage with landlords, carrying out assessments and inspections to verify regulatory standards are met.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to design follow-up interventions where improvements are needed.
