You will handle a range of housing matters including anti-social behaviour, possession proceedings, disrepair claims and policy advice, providing essential support to fee earners and delivering robust case management.

Responsibilities

• Support fee earners in anti-social behaviour matters, possession proceedings and disrepair claims.
• Assist with pre-action correspondence, liability assessments and disclosure tasks.
• Prepare bundles and support court-related processes.
• Draft legal documents, correspondence and court forms.
• Maintain and update files using the Case Management System.
• Conduct legal research and assist with client instructions.
• Provide efficient administrative and case management support across the team.
