Job summary

JobsTrackR in Maidenhead is seeking a fully competent Housing Options Officer to join our team and manage cases from triage to final homelessness decisions. The role requires strong knowledge of the Housing Reduction Act (HRA), homelessness legislation, case law and the five homelessness tests, with the ability to conduct investigations, complete assessments and draft decision letters independently.

You will handle complex caseloads with minimal training and support, contributing to fair housing
