Ashington, Northumberland.
Salary: £36,047 per annum (inclusive of car allowance).
Hours: 37 per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent

Based at our head office in Ashington, covering Berwick, South East Northumberland, North Tyneside, and Newcastle, with flexibility to cover other areas such as Durham.
This role involves preparing properties for new residents, ensuring they are safe, welcoming, and ready for occupancy. Key responsibilities include (not exhaustive):
