A leading provider of rural housing services in the UK is seeking a Housing Officer for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on delivering effective housing management services in the Midlands, particularly in Stratford District and Warwickshire. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housing law, customer service, and partnership working. Housing Officer (Midlands Rural Housing)
(12 months Fixed Term Contract to cover Maternity Leave)
Hours: 35 Hours (Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with 1 hour for lunch each day)
Salary: £30,294 - £33,660 per annum
Based: Home based - office located in Coalville, Leicestershire (Patch area - Stratford District and Warwickshire)

Responsible for delivering an efficient, effective, and customer-focused Housing Management service to Rural Housing Associations (RHAs) and Midlands Rural Housing (MRH), covering Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, Derbyshire, and Leicestershire. The primary focus will be on providing housing management services to residents in Stratford District, Warwickshire, with occasional coverage in other areas. The role involves delivering a tenant and leaseholder service emphasizing regular contact, prompt issue resolution, and positive community impact.
