We are looking for a Housing Officer to join our Hull Housing team. We are responsible for the tenancy management function in Hull, Scarborough, East Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. This role will be based at our Scarborough office and involves making sure that our properties are safe and attractive places to live and ensuring that tenancies are being conducted in a satisfactory way. The role includes dealing with anti-social behaviour, tenancy sign ups, void management, compliance responsibilities, and the full range of housing management.
