Housing Manager
Harlow, Bishops Stortford working from home and on patch, with regular visits to our Bishops Stortford Office.
Permanent, full time (37.5hrs)
Salary circa £32,000 per annum plus great benefits including Health Cash Plan

In our housing team in the Central Region, covering Harlow and Bishops Stortford, you'll be the face-to-face support for our estates, ensuring safe homes and communities. Delivering first-class customer service every day!
Typical day as a Housing Manager
- Engage with customers and get to know our communities through visibility and proactivity.
- Manage patches and neighborhoods, supported by Community Housing Assistants.
- Improve local neighborhoods through engagement and visibility.
- Manage anti-social behaviors, respond to customer queries and complaints.
- Handle voids process, liaise with local authorities.
- Conduct estate inspections, engage with contractors, and perform safety and compliance checks.
About You
- Experience in housing management, housing law, and anti-social behavior impact.
- Work towards Chartered Institute of Housing Level 3 qualification.
- Organized, proactive, with a positive attitude.
- Passionate about customer service and helping others.
- Resilient when dealing with challenges and complaints.
- Confident working with external partners and stakeholders.
