Ryder Reid in London is seeking a Housing Management and Property Litigation Paralegal to join a permanent, hybrid team. You will support solicitors on housing management and property litigation matters, while building your own caseload and advising Registered Providers and private landlords.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have paralegal property litigation and housing management experience, especially with registered providers/housing associations.

Responsibilities

• Support solicitors on property litigation cases.
• Draft and prepare claim forms.
• Prepare trial bundles and bundles for court.
• Attend court to assist Barristers.
• Handle new client enquiries and provide client guidance.
• Provide advice to clients and complete casework.
