Ryder Reid Legal, a specialist London-based law firm, seeks a Housing Management and Property Litigation Paralegal to join the London office on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will assist Solicitors, develop their own caseload, and advise Registered Providers of Social Housing and private landlords on housing management and property litigation matters.

Qualificações

• Previous Paralegal property litigation, housing management experience, especially with registered providers/housing associations.
• The successful candidate will assist solicitors and build their own caseload to support housing management and property litigation work.

Responsabilidades

• Support solicitors on property litigation cases.
• Draft and prepare claim forms.
• Prepare trial bundles.
• Attend court to assist Barristers.
• Handle new client enquiries.

A specialist London-based law firm is seeking a Housing Management and Property Litigation Paralegal to join the London office on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will assist the Solicitors with their work as well as building their own caseload. The role will involve providing advice and assistance to Registered Providers of Social Housing and private landlords advising on all aspects of housing management and property litigation advice.
