Job Opportunity: Executive Assistant (Long Term Temporary)

Please note: This is a long-term temporary position starting ASAP.

We are seeking 2 experienced Personal Assistants to provide executive-level support to Directors within our Children and Young People Service. Candidates should have experience supporting senior leaders or possess strong knowledge of efficient diary management and administrative skills at a senior level in a busy, fast-paced office environment.

Experience in a Children’s Service setting is advantageous but not essential.

Your responsibilities will include managing emails and diaries, supporting small projects or tasks on behalf of Directors, and assisting with complaints by proactively gathering information to help Directors respond effectively.

Bury operates an agile working environment, combining home and office work. Typically, you will spend 3 to 4 days per week in the office, depending on the Directors' schedules and meetings.

Essential Requirements:
  • Enhanced DBS/Update service
  • References covering the last 5 years of employment
