Anthony Collins Solicitors is seeking a Legal Assistant/Paralegal to support Housing Litigation and Management in Birmingham. You will assist solicitors with high‑quality service to social housing clients across disrepair and possession matters, under strong supervision.

Qualifications

• Legal Assistant or Paralegal experience preferred but not essential.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Confident written and verbal communication.
• IT-literate with case management systems.
• Interest in housing or property litigation.

Responsibilities

• Support housing litigation casework from pre-action to litigation.
• Draft court documents under supervision.
• Liaise with courts, counsel, experts and clients.
• Assist with billing, settlements and reporting.
• Maintain accurate time recording and case files.
