Job summary

London Borough of Richmond upon Thames and London Borough of Wandsworth is seeking a Procurement & Lettings Solutions Officer to source and secure privately rented homes for residents in need across Richmond and Wandsworth.

You will build relationships with landlords, inspect properties, negotiate terms, and support compliance, with a focus on value for money and preventing homelessness, all backed by council training.

Responsibilities

• Offer incentives and support packages to landlords.
• Conduct property inspections and ensure housing standards compliance.
• Travel across boroughs to visit landlords, agents, and properties.
