Job summary

Barnsley Council’s Housing Led Support team is seeking a Housing Led Caseworker to provide open-ended support to a small caseload, delivering high-quality assessments and tailored support for people facing homelessness, mental health, or substance misuse.

The role requires empathy, strong communication, and collaboration with partner services; shifts include evenings/weekends and 37 hours per week with a permanent contract, based in Barnsley.
