Job summary

Sanctuary Personnel Limited is seeking a Housing Interventions Worker for HMP Parc in Bridgend. The role is full-time (35 hours/week) for approximately three months, paying £22 per hour.

The worker will support inmates with housing advice and interventions pre- and post-release to prevent homelessness and reduce reoffending. Active prison clearance is desirable, but candidates without clearance may be considered for vetting.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive housing needs assessments.
• Develop and implement personalised support plans.
• Liaise effectively with local authorities, housing providers, and landlords.
• Assist individuals in securing sustainable accommodation solutions before or after release.
