YMCA Dulverton Group in Highbridge is seeking an Accommodation & Support Enabler to engage residents, keep precise support records, and manage rent accounts for a defined caseload. You’ll support budgeting and independent living while promoting tenancy sustainability.

A degree of lone working is expected and safeguarding for children and young people is a priority. We offer a supportive workplace with flexible hours, and a safeguarding-focused recruitment process including an Enhanced DBS

Qualifications

• Experience engaging with residents and supporting independent living.
• Ability to maintain accurate records for a caseload.
• Comfort with budgeting support and tenancy sustainment.

• Provide guidance on all facets of independent living to residents.
