It’s an exciting growth period in our Housing Team. We have numerous contracts with fantastic customers who are upgrading, migrating, or implementing our NEC Housing Management System. To support this growth, we are seeking Implementation Consultants, specializing in our Allocations Module, to ensure our customers receive the best experience. This is a Home Based role, reporting to a Lead Implementation Consultant.

Joining NECSWS Housing Team, you will receive support and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge of our system. You will work closely with a highly skilled consultant, shadowing and gradually taking on responsibilities until you can work independently on full end-to-end projects.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance in implementing NEC Housing system modules, especially Allocations and Housing Advice/Homelessness, focusing on system configuration and build.
• Deliver excellent advice and best practices to current customers using NEC Housing.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective advice and training, and gather positive feedback.
• Communicate promptly with internal teams regarding customer issues.
• Create and maintain training courses and solution design manuals for customers and internal use.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in Social Housing Management.
• Be flexible and available for occasional travel across the UK to visit customers and company sites as needed.

Qualifications:

• Deep expertise in Allocations and Homelessness processes using Housing Management Software.
• Experience in implementing Housing Management Systems or Modules, with a focus on system configuration.
• Proven record of delivering high-quality consultancy services to Local Authorities, ALMOs, or Housing Associations.
• Ability to achieve positive customer feedback through effective consultancy and training.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining training materials and manuals.
• Willingness to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in configuring and implementing wider NEC Housing system modules.
