Role Overview

This is a Home Based role, with options for Hybrid or Remote work depending on location. We are experiencing exciting growth in our Housing Team, supporting clients with upgrades, migrations, and implementations of our NEC Housing Management System. We are seeking Implementation Consultants specialized in our Allocations Module to enhance customer experience. You will initially work alongside experienced consultants, shadowing and learning, before independently managing full end-to-end projects.

Main Responsibilities:

• Offer expert guidance on implementing NEC Housing system modules, especially Allocations and Housing Advice/Homelessness.
• Provide best practice advice to current customers using NEC Housing.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and positive feedback through effective training and support.
• Communicate promptly regarding any issues or feedback from customers.
• Create and maintain training materials and solution design manuals.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in Social Housing Management.
• Occasionally travel throughout the UK to visit customer and company sites.

Qualifications:

• Deep expertise in Allocations and Homelessness processes within Housing Management Software.
• Experience in implementing Housing Management Systems, focusing on configuration and build.
• Proven track record providing consultancy to Local Authorities, ALMOs, or Housing Associations.
• Ability to achieve positive customer feedback through consultancy and training.
• Skilled in creating training materials and manuals.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with wider NEC Housing system modules.
