Job summary

St Mungo's in Camden is seeking a Housing First Worker to join our Housing First team. This full-time role (37.5 hours/week) focuses on sourcing independent tenancies and providing intensive support to help clients sustain tenancies and achieve personal goals.

You will work 9-5, Monday to Friday, in clients' homes and communities, building strong networks with local partners while managing your own caseload with a person-centred approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing support or social care desirable.
• Ability to work in a person-centred way with clients in their homes and community.

Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day management of a small caseload and service delivery.
• Provide ongoing and intensive housing support to help sustain tenancy.
• Build relationships with local partners to support client recovery.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues and partner agencies.
• Work independently as a lone worker with knowledge of safety procedures.
