YMCA Robin Hood Group is recruiting a Housing Duty Worker in Worksop to be the first point of contact for residents in our supported housing service. You will act as the central hub for operations, delivering calm, empathetic support and sign-posting to colleagues and external agencies as needed.
Working 37.5 hours per week, you will uphold our Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility values, manage queries, and help provide a safe, nurturing environment for residents aged 18–35.

Working in our supported housing service, our priority is to provide a safe, compassionate, nurturing, and supportive environment that facilitates young people and adults, aged 18-35 years, to have positive outcomes and fulfil their potential.
As a Housing Duty Worker, you will be the first contact point for our residents. You will be the key hub to our operations, provide excellent customer services while being adaptable to meet the needs of a diverse and dynamic resident population in a busy accommodation building and for transitionary properties across the local area.
You will be able to positively influence our young people and adults by taking a calm, empathetic, non-judgmental standpoint to diffuse situations, resolve conflicts and support any queries our residents may have. By effectively sign-posting to relevant colleagues and 3 rd party organisations, you will see the demonstrable difference you have made.
