Housing Disrepair Solicitor/Fee Earner - Manchester

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established and expanding litigation law firm based in Manchester. Our client is currently looking to recruit several Housing Disrepair Solicitors/Fee Earners to join their dynamic and growing team.

About the Role:
You'll be handling a varied caseload of housing disrepair matters and supporting the wider team with housing litigation issues. This is a great opportunity to work with a respected firm that offers high-quality work, excellent training, and genuine career development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing housing disrepair claims, including drafting responses to claim letters, coordinating disclosure, and advising on liability
- Handling anti-social behaviour and breach of tenancy injunction matters
- Preparing and applying for access injunctions
- Advising clients on a range of tenancy and housing management issues
- Assisting partners and team members with casework and administrative support

What they're looking for:
- Previous experience in housing disrepair is desirable but not essential
- Candidates with a strong background in litigation are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to manage a busy caseload while maintaining high standards of service
