A well-established housing disrepair law firm are recruiting for a Housing Disrepair Solicitor to join their Manchester or Liverpool team.

Role Overview

You will join a well-established housing disrepair team handling your own caseload of pre and post-litigation claims brought under Sections 9a and 11 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985.

Candidate Profile

The firm is seeking a housing disrepair solicitor with the following characteristics:

1. Must be able to bill at Grade B or above.
2. Successful candidates will have extensive experience working within a housing disrepair team.
3. Must be able to keep up with legislative changes and support clients with changes.
4. Must be organised and work to deadline.
5. Be able to work in a team.
