Job summary

Service Care Legal are recruiting a Housing Disrepair Lawyer to join a local authority on a temporary basis. The role is based in Harlow, Essex, with 3 days per week in the office. The rate bands include umbrella and PAYE options with holiday pay.

Initial contract is 3 months, with potential extension. The successful candidate will manage a high-volume caseload, provide legal advice to officers and stakeholders, and draft pleadings and other legal documentation.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with strong housing disrepair experience.
• Local authority experience desirable.
• Confident handling litigation, advocacy and a busy caseload.

ROLE:

Housing Disrepair Lawyer

LOCATION:

Harlow, Essex (3 days per week in the office)

RATE:

£55ph Umbrella / £48.17ph PAYE inc. holiday pay / £42.99ph PAYE exc. holiday pay

CONTRACT:
